    Freakin lost

Ok I am really wantin to do another cycle the end of next month but every time I think I have it figured out I find something sayin that I'm all messed up. I really need some guidance. I'm 31, 5'8" and 185 lbs. my last cycle was tren -E and test prop. I know it's not the best but it worked well for me for the most part. I just need pointed in the right direction to achieve my goal which is mainly just size but I want to do it as safely as possible. There is so much more to this than I thought and it's really very overwhelming at times as I'm not a doctor and have just started dabbling in this world and I really don't understand all the lingo or the technical terms yet. Any help would be fantastic. Thanks fellas

Any specific ?'s... Plus divulge in the stickies at the top of this(& every other section) section! Nice to see someone looking to learn...

How many cycles have you done - which compounds have you used?? Do you know what an AI hCG DA(Dopamine agonist / needed if E2 is not controlled when running a 19nor).. running a 19nor(nandrolone/Tren are progestins which elevate prolactin - AIs(arimidex(.25mgs eod is starting point)or aromasin(taken ed in a split dise 12hrs apart w/a serving of fat) they control your estrogen(E2) HCG is run on cycle at 250iu 2x wkly(e3.5d) up to 3 days prior to pct! Pct includes clomid and nolvadex(tamoxifen)

I'd suggest a simple test only cycle do you understand how everything works and why how etc - & to see how you react b/c you didn't know which compiund was causing the sides(if you never ran em b4)

I'm not too sure what you mean by "divulge in the stickies" I'm new to te forum thing as well lol. I've only done the one cycle with test prop and tren e. I had a friend who had done several cycles and hooked me up with it guided me through it and now we don't speak so I'm kinda screwed and out on my own. As for the "al hcg", no I don't know what all that means. I've read over so many chemicals and terms and different cycles and pcts lately I really am just over whelmed. I know I need to et a grasp on all of this if I'm going to get into it seriously (and probably should have before my first cycle) and I'm sure is a lot more simple once I start to understand the basics a little better

Not smart to listen to someone who doesn't know what they're doing either - Tren on a first cycle - no AI no HCG no DA he missed everything but putting it in your body -

Your in the right place - no one is gonna steer you you wrong - what do we have to gain - to make sure you can cycle safely

The stickies are the read threads that say IMPORTANT on them in red

How was the Tren E for you? I've heard different things about its sides compared to Tren Ace and I'm curious how you responded on a first cycle. I have a couple vials I'm considering throwing in sometime months down the road.

well as I said before it was my first cycle so I really have no basis for comparison having never done just test alone idk what made me feel what. I know the injection site would be unbelievably painful if I didn't work the muscle I injected it in really hard right after doing it and at about week 7 I started having a hard time sleepin and got "tren cough" and I'm pretty sure my blood pressure went through the roof. I had really good results tho. From what I read, I should have been doing some other stuff along with it. I liked it all and all. Just should have done some more research and done a 12 week cycle but I got a little worried and tapered off

Thanks for the info, man! I think the only side that scares me a little is the tren cough. Were yours severe?

no it wasn't severe just annoying sometimes. Just a super dry caugh. I didn't have it all the time just once in a while. It wouldn't detour me from using it again. Just make sure you do more research than I did

Welcome and you are correct, it can be overwhelming for sure, even for us that have been here for a long time. The main thing you will learn is the more you learn the more there is to learn.

No it's not as simple as some people would like to think or pretend but the primary goal is safety and long term health, not short term gains with no regards to health.

Yes you got some bad advice to start with. Read the links provided and start at square 1. Just becuse you already ran tren does not mean it's ok to jump on it again. Its best to take it one step at a time doing it the correct way. Most people if they have a good base and solid diet and training have excellent results from Test only cycles even several times in a row alone but ego usually gets the best of us and we revert to the old thinking that more is better, but it's not always or even most of the time true unless you are really ready physically and mentally.

The tren cough is sort of a mystery because it's not only caused by tren but any aas. Ive gotten it with test but it's not nearly as frequent. Site pain is typically either injection technique or the amount of solvent in the mix. Typically the stronger mg/mL the more it's going to hurt. Once again, more is not better.

You are in the right place to learn and get the proper advice.

Yes I'm realizing that more and more. I think I will start over and do a couple test cycles and see how that goes for me. It's so cool being able to converse with people who seem to know wat they are talking about lol

Your correct, there is a huge collective of information the be learned and shared here, all you have to do is be willing to listen, learn, read and take friendly but sometimes harsh advise. It's good to have thick skin and not get offended easily because it's easy to read more into a message than what is meant sometimes or take things more personally than what it is. On the flip side if you are not open to suggestions but asking for help and learning/understanding things can get a little sensitive sometimes.

Most who are here only want to help and will have your best interest, long term health in mind but there are always those few who have their own ideas and agenda so you have to learn to sort through the BS and experience. Not everyone is at the same level but most have good experience be in personal or learned so dont dismiss someone just because they may not be at the same level as yourself.

    Enjoy.

I have some thick skin and for sure I want to be told if I'm embarking down a dangerous road. My health is the most important thing to me and really don't want to do anything stupid

Well you would be surprised how many especially young guys come here and say they dont give a damn about long term, they want HUGE gains now and dont care about possible damaging their HPTA or needing to go on HRT like as if it's a good thing.
Welcome to the entitlement generation. They want it all now, dont want to work for it and expect to only get the answers they are looking for. No warnings, no one telling them what they want to do is wrong or dangerous. The insist that the only responses they want are how much to use, how often and where to get it.

They dont usually last very long thankfully, except when they come back a few months later or a year saying they screwed up and now want help. lol

Again, welcome and enjoy the ride.

Well I don't subscribe to that line of thought at all. I want to be healthy. I've worked my ass of for everything I have and I will never jeopardize my health. I have kids and I gotta be around for them. If a person can't be humble with complete anonymity, that's a sign of some real character flaws and a huge weakness to me. I just want to take advantage of all the knowledge that there seems to be on here. No ego here at all
