I think it was one of the biggest parts of my rehab. I couldnt bench more than 65 pounds before due to the pain. I have a slight flare up rigt now, but its getting better. here are most of the exercise I did <img src="http://forums.steroid.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=158050"/> there are a few more I will see if I can find pics of them. if you have access to one of the round rolls of foam found at most gyms. Lay on it with it running the length of your spine. The take your arms and make a circle with the tips of your fingers touching each other. From there just move your arms like your doing flys. This helps to stretch the chest muscles. Most of this tyle of problem occurs because the chest muscles are to strong and pull the shoulders forward. If I can find anything else I will post it, and sorry for the jacked up description its the best I could do.
