need a high Cal meal idea that's cheap and easy

It's that time of the year again. Need to add another meal in to start the bulk. Every day I have two chicken and rice meals and two beef or pork and rice meals and two shakes with eggs oatmeal and fruits and pb. Looking for another meal that's a bit different, cheap, easy to make and hopefully can be eaten cold so I can bring it to work. What do you guys got for me? O and of coarse high in calories, somewhere around 6-900.

Why not just add some fats to your meals? You could get the extra calories easy that way

One cup of unsalted mixed nuts. 800 calories.

Man you got some good oats haha. Mine are 390 per cup. But still not really a complete meal I can whip up.

Went to buy some nuts. Definitely not cheap enough for me and that'd be ALOT more fat in my diet every day. Already eating a over a lb of beef a day plus peanut butter. Any other ideas higher in carbs and protein ?

Rice and chicken is as cheap as it gets man. Use olive oil, peanut butter, for calories. Even real butter or cream if you mash the potatoes. Oats, potatoes, red meat, whole milk should all be your friend. Bananas are cheap, a couple times a day eat one and slather p butter all over it. So many variations.

Why don't you just mix something like 2 scoops of protein powder, a banana, some natural peanut butter and some oats into a shake and drink it??? The initial cost of everything shouldn't be too expensive at all...And can use everything for a good period of time with the exception of bananas which are mad cheap anyway...

Fats are more calorie dense than both protein and carbs.
Nuts are best bet for calorie fill IMO, idk about 600-800 worth though. Add coconut oil or MCT while cooking, or butter, heavy cream to your coffee look up " bullet proof coffee" easy way to get fat in.
