I understand if you eat alot of salt/sodium your going to hold alot of water weight but how does Diet in general effect your E2 while on cycle? Thanks

In short, a high fat diet increases estrogen and reduces sex hormone binding globulin. Fat is the biggest enemy when fighting estrogen naturally. There are a few other things, not nearly as prevalent but still a risk. Endocrine disruptors are another factor. Bisphenol-A for example, which can be found in things like plastics and cans, mimics estrogen in our bodies as well.

You don't want to go low dietary fat just because you're on cycle and concerned about Estrogen. You actually benefit greatly by having higher dat on cycle, depending on your goals of course.
You also don't want to cycle with high body fat for this exact reason. There are many other lifestyle factors that can help with E2 before I'd be concerned with eating fat.
