Yeah, I'm not vegan or ovo-vegetarian but I just don't like to eat meat and I eat rarely red meat/chicken.
Just starting my third cycle (test e deca) and here's my meal plan,
4-6 slices multigrain breads, 7-10 egg whites
Brown rice, chickpeas/lentils/beans
Raw pumpkin seeds
Brown rice, chickpeas/lentils/beans
And another brown rice, chickpeas/lentils/beans
Any advice?
