Thread: Not vegan but...

    Not vegan but...

    Yeah, I'm not vegan or ovo-vegetarian but I just don't like to eat meat and I eat rarely red meat/chicken.

    Just starting my third cycle (test e deca) and here's my meal plan,

    4-6 slices multigrain breads, 7-10 egg whites
    Brown rice, chickpeas/lentils/beans
    Raw pumpkin seeds
    Brown rice, chickpeas/lentils/beans
    And another brown rice, chickpeas/lentils/beans

    Any advice?

    Add vitamins and a couple servings of fruit. I would also add milk, leafy greens and fish but that's just my preference.

    What are your stats? Have you calculated your macros? Are you taking any supplements? Are you sure you're getting enough protein?

    186 cms, 95 kgs %14-15 bf around.

    I have lactose intolerant and I feel instant nausea when I drink cow milk. But I already drink goat milk kefir.

    I never count calories or macros but I think my daily pro intake is 150-180 gr around.

    I will eat some canned tuna in cycle, thanks for advice.

    I will add some cooked broccoli and asparagus, maybe with some raw spinach.

    I just take 10 gr glutamine daily for boosting immune health and healing process for my chronic gastritis.

    it will be a lot easier to just eat meat even if you don't like it I eat 7 whole eggs a day every day I don't eat them because I like them I eat them as a supplement. if you think about it your body is designed to eat meat and not doing so is unnatural

    I agreed with you. Homo genus is totally omnivore of course and I'm not vegan or ovo-vegetarian but that's just personal preferance about taste. I just don't like to eat meat and this is where the story ends. This is why I prefer legumes instead of meat.

    that's what im saying though if your goal is to make gains then it don't matter what taste are im sick and tired of eggs but i eat them anyway because they have the stuff in them to help me reach my goals

    Doesn't seem like that's enough protein?? Maybe get some protein powder? Or eat meat?
