3 weeks after cycle my e2 was just 0.02 (0.02 - 0,11 nmol/L) or 20 ( 20-70 pg/dL ). Ididnt even use an AI. But my test was superlow at that moment and i guess thats why my e2 was at the lowest end of accept.
But, when i fire it up again, using test and aromasin, where should my e2 be at BW week 5 for best gains, Health and wellbeing?
Is it best to aim for the low end, the high end or in the middle? Or is it the same as long its in range?
