I'm 5'9 160 pounds trying to gain some muscle, not taking steroids and dont plan to because im only 20 but I need someone's input on this diet ive constructed. It's pretty clean besides peanut butter and this weight gainer, even though there arnt any greens. I dont care about getting fat hint the weight gainer but I know how to train and gone from a scrawny 110 pound 17 year old to a still scrawny 160 pound 20 year but i'm getting there. All the bullshit aside i would like someones honest opinion.
