1. I have always had very sensitive nipples. even as a kid i could not wear shirts with logos because it would irritate my nips. i am 26 years old 5'10 185 and started a test e 250 every 3 day routine. i have done one cycle before this but it was a bath brew so i had low side effects but also less gains. the stuff i have now is official pharm with scratch code and everything. lately my nips have seemed to get more sensitive and i feel more tissue around my nipple. like there isnt a ball it just seems like my nipple stretches further out when i pull on it. i have clomid from pct but i wasnt sure if i could use that as a anti estrogen as well until i order something else for it. my buddy said "erase pro" or something like that from gnc works. obviously i am going to try and get something better so what do you guys recommend i get?

2. is it common to get gyno from just test alone?


3. i have done one cycle of test before this one but like i said it wasnt good but i had low side effects. this new test it has been way worse, bad acne, def hair thinning (i am preconditioned), not as much libido kick as first cycle though, does this mean the gains will be much better?

Yes you can get estrogen from Testosterone.

No you cant use clomid as an anti estrogen.

Your knowledge of AAS doesnt seem to meet the basic standard to be using it, nor to achieve real results from it.

If you have started your cycle I would suggest end it, take PCT (clomid + nolva)
If you havent started then dont until you know what your doing.

Educate yourself on this forum before considering using any gear again.

You need to run an AI through cycle, as well as HCG.

Clomid only for PCT is not a good idea, nolva always needs to be used in conjunction with the clomid.

You did not answer a single question accurately, I have read the entire first cycle plan thread many times. i used this forum for months before my first cycle and still am using it to learn and so far you didnt teach me anything you basically just said "learn more". The first cycle plan thread states I should have an AI on hand and use it when and if side effects start. So now I am asking what is the best thing to use since I have seen a lot of different answers for different circumstances.

I was almost positive I could not use clomid as an AI and did not plan on using it throughout my cycle, I was seeing if it would do anything and make a decent make shift until my real AI (what you guys recommend) comes.

Of course you get estrogen from test, that was not my question, my question was is gyno common with just test use alone

Yes gyno is common with tes only cycles. You need to use an a.i. A real ai like anastrozole to control estrogen. I'm sure if you have pharma grade tes and your sex drive is down.... Your estrogen is high. No it does not mean your gains will be better it means your cycle will be worse due to estrogen issues.

Get a real AI(A-Dex(anastrozole)/or Exemestane)! You should always have everything you need plus more just in case of something happening(dropping a vial not having AI(needs to be ran from the start) also hCG??

As Tec mentioned your gains will be worse if your E2 is not in check(this takes time but at least make the effort) if you need something fast look up a RC... Do you have Nolva on hand? And stop playing w/your nips it's going to make things worse!

thanks for the help guys. i am on my 4th week and my sex drive is starting to shoot up so maybe it was just to early in the cycle but regardless i am going to invest in an AI.

oh and i dont use an hcg because i have seen a lot of complications with hcgs from my personal experience and friends. i figured i want to get all of this down pat before adding something else in the mix

more side effects, thats what they said at least. i mean is it hurting me not to take it? i mean like damaging to my body hurting and not better gains

Nesbit, I know it's aggravating when bad side effects start popping up. But every single person that has responded to your thread did so because they want to help you. And they are all very very knowledgable about AAS and everything it encompasses. If you will listen to them, you will have a much better experience using AAS. Take care and be well.
Also, you just need to look for HCG. Pharm grade preferably. But if not, then from a reputable source. HCG keeps your nuts from shrinking while on cycle, and helps your body begin its natural testosterone production after you finish your cycle. It also helps lower bad cholesterol while cycling. In my opinion it is very important to use HCG. Ok. I'm finished now.

To OP- Nebis, I noticed this thread has some attitude going back and forth, I think I can see how that happened but let me if I am able to help and clarify.

I think that some of the above posters felt that if you had done your research and understood the concepts, then you would already know the answers to these questions. Anyways I'm not mad at it so I'll share what I can to help.

On Test and sides, Yes for sure test alone can and will cause estrogen sides FOR SURE. One of the main factors in determining how serious sides are is the DOSE of test. For example, on 180mg/week TRT dose has very little/no sides. Meanwhile 750mg/week has ++++sides and need AI+++ from the start. Gyno is for sure possible on much less than 250mg test every 3 days like you stated.

Also lets clarify, you need a legit aromatase inhibitor such as arimidex, or exemestane. Nothing from GNC is going to be effective, they do not carry AI's. You need to have AI available before starting your cycle.

Think of it like a bouncing ball, if you don't control estrogen from the start, it spikes, and then you can lower it with AI but the level is unstable and its much more easy to keep that ball (estrogen level) stable from the beginning.

Your increase in side effects is likely due to uncontrolled estrogen, and will not translate to better gains.

I recommend not to continue until you get your AI and get your estrogen under control to prevent further sides, good luck.

So your telling me testosterone doesnt convert to estrogen? And you can use clomid as an AI?
I never once said dont use an AI, i said clomid will not prevent esteogen conversion because it doesnt! Always use Arimidex. So yea i did answer your questions correctly (sorry i dont have the time to write a 5 page essay)

Ive never read the first cycle thread as im at my 4th cycle. However, i would have thought it would say run an AI and maybe describe what AI's are. Maybe it doesnt mention it, i dont know.

I directed you to that thread as i thought you were lacking some basic knowledge.

Clomid is to be used in PCT, not ran through a cycle. Use Arimidex instead.

Anyway, it seems like your getting the answers you wanted

That's what they say?? - HCG is an LH mimitec which will also aid in a faster recovery as your testes will be functional w/hcg during your cycle... Your testes are the last to respond in the recovery process which will help aid in a faster recovery!

Get some HCG asap!

Get the HCG, get the AI, and use no less than clomid +nolva for pct.

I made all 3 of these mistakes first cycle. Nuts were astonishingly tiny (not healthy, bad for recovery); developed mild gyno in weeks (some say this isn't possible, I say it happened to me, extremely prone); I used only nolva for PCT and it did not work- had to extend PCT another couple weeks while adding clomid, then good as gold.

Proceed with caution.
