Low Dose Test Cycle

Interested on thoughts about a cycle that was suggested to me.

16 Weeks - 250mg Test E/Per Week
8 Weeks - 200mg Deca/Per Week
8 Weeks - 200mg EQ/Per Week
19 Weeks - 0.15mg Arimidex Every day

Cycle the Deca & EQ 4 weeks on one, then 4 weeks on the other for 2 repeats.

Hi,
EQ has a half life of 14 days and requires a long run to maximise benefits (14+ weeks-ish).

Why are you alternating it with npp?
Oral?

I presume you are using this for bulking, so I'd add oxy for week 1-5 and var or tbol to week 12-16 and would run this for 16 weeks altogether then go trt or pct.

I "ll suggest to keep with test E and Eq for about 12 week in cicle. In pct i"ll add HCG for better recovery.

Then just run one compound if its your first cycle, you dont need 3, and if you experience harsh side effects your not going to know which compound is causing them, start with test only for your first couple of cycles, then add 1 compound etc so you can see what your body reacts like to different compounds.

I think you can see gains with 250mg test, especialy on a first cycle, but the 'standard' first cycle is usualy 500mg of test for 12 weeks (enth or cyp being the most popular)

Are you running an AI through your cycle? HCG?

Test only cycles work very well for me and i experienced huge gains. As stated above run a test only cycle to begin with and see how you grow, if you want more then its easy enough to add compounds on your next cycles but i feel you will be more than happy as long as your diet and training are on point...

I would also up the test dosage to 400mg ew...

Why 3 weeks xtra with AI?. After one week your last test e pin will give you just a trt-dose of test left. Killing e2 for additional two weeks could lower you estrogen too much when your testlevels are sub normal.

And the Tax is rigth. Test only for the first run, u may jump up to 500 but for 12 weeks only.
