    Just Starting out wanitng to understand

    I screwed up and did not read the rules before my first post. I have been sitting back and trying to take it all in. I am looking for advice. I did my first cycle at Test E 500mg a week up until the last two weeks I upped it to 750mg a week. I received some great results and it was noticed by everyone who knows me personally and colleagues. I am fixing to start my 2nd cycle and intend to add Tren A to the cycle. Can I get some suggestions or comments. I wish I would have known about his forum before my first cycle other than the estrogen I did not notice any crazy sides. advice?

    I am 44 years old 5'7" 185lbs

    I intend to follow Austinites advice on the Arimidex & PCT - any suggestions and or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Tren is an extremely strong compound and I personally would not advise it on a second cycle. If you had good results from your first cycle, in all honesty I would run it again after some time off. Usually time on is a good amount of time to wait before starting again. Good luck.

    I second Oki-Des' advice to not run tren for a second cycle.

    How did your cycle go?
    How much strength and/or size did you gain?
    What are your stats?

    thanks Oki-Des - I did take the same amount of time off. NO PCT though. I will be sure to add this this time around.

    D Dog - I did not really keep up with stats I don't think anyway. I am very green and like I said wish I would have done more research and been on this forum first. I did go down in waist size by 3 sizes lost about 25lbs - 200 - 175 then gained about 10-12 lbs assuming muscle. I just kept basically the same weights and the reps got much easier so I just did more.

    I am 44 5'7" 185lbs body fat I am guessing at least 15%

    I can see the difference and I could have done much better on my dieting.

    any advice is greatly appreciated. I look forward to being a member here as I have learned more in the past few weeks than I have in my life.
