I hope I dont get flamed for this, but,
how bad is it for your progress if you run a tight high protein, lower carb, lower fat with supplements durring the week but you have a complete trash day ( like burgers, ribs, maybe lasagna) once a week, yes and a few drinks...
I am on 500cyp/week and just began using 50mcg T3 and 80mgclen per day. (also using liver supps, HCG) I do my normal work outs and then incline walk for 20 min 4 days a week. I am on cal deficit 6 days a week.
ok, question is, am I doing 1 step forward and 2 back or am I doing 3 steps forward and only one back? Trying to figure out how bad my cheat days are for my progress

39yrs old probably 20%BF. In January I was ruffly 242lbs hadnt been in the gym for 5 yrs and and currently 215lbs. For reference, went from being able to do 225 for 3reps on bench to repping it out at 18 reps as of last week. Most other muscles groups are on the same level of growth.
