    Question Question about my first cycle

    Hi there, looking for advice on my first cycle, What is the best time to take my stack compared to my workout time and eating, and do i need to take any of the stack on off days? Below is my current daily routine,appreciate any advice, thanks.

    Male
    38 years old
    Asian\American
    160lb
    18-20%bf

    Goal
    build lean muscle, not large over all, little more chest and shoulder, desire bigger calves thou
    burn fat, try to have nice waist line, still have love handles, even thou i have lost 20lbs over the last year.

    BPH


    Currently work out 6-7 days a week, have been training for about 14 months, down from 185lbs, lost decent bf, with some small lean muscle gains

    (Water is about 1 1\2 to 2 gallons a day)

    9pm to 3am most days, if it is an off day then i sleep till around 6-7am, sometimes i take 30-45min naps around 10-11am, not sure if that is good thou

    Hey Wally, Hey man I don't think a cycle is a good call at that BF% right now. I would try and get that down some more before starting a cycle. It seems like your on the right track. Head over to the diet and Nutrition thread. We have some gurus in there that can help you out on your diet and help you get where you want to be. I would get BF down to 15% at the most before starting.

    Oral only cycles are a no go, injectable testosterone needs to be the base of any cycle, and for a first cycle, only injectable testosterone

    I think you need to get your diet sorted so you can grow muscle first - then cycle once disciplined in this area.

    Well done on the fat loss, however its recommended you get under 15%bf before cycling anything. the reason for this is when cycling at high bodyfat your likely to increase the risk of negative sides.
    Once you get under 15%, EAT/diet in order to grow lean mass.

    Your only 160lbs, once you lose more bodyfat your going to be near 150lbs which tells me you barely have any muscle base to even consider cycling.
    How tall are you?

    Get your growth going naturaly for a while before using gear.

    EDIT: i also notice you need to eat alot more protein based whole foods rather than depending on 3 shakes a day, get more meat, fish, oats in your daily diet!

    Remember, you heal and grow when you're sleeping. You need rest like you need food and AAS. Rest is just an integral as food, AAS, and training. If you're 160lbs and 20% bf, you still have too much bf. You should to be down below 15% or less before you cycle. The thing about AAS is that it isn't really a short cut like people think. It just enhances what you have. If you're bf is high you'll have a higher chance of getting gyno and other complications. If you're 10% bf and in good shape, your AAS experience is going to be, for the most part, awesome.

    Thanks for the replies, i will see if they can measure my bf% tomorrow at the gym, i was just going of the last reading i tried to do with the caliper that came in the mail with a bb.com order a couple months ago, attached is a couple progress pics from the last couple months.

    will follow up if i get a new "true" reading

    Despite your bodyfat

    You dont have enough muscle foundation to warrant cycling

    Your body to me doesnt look like it weight lifts, you want to put on skme mass naturaly first, get disciplined, strengthen the tendons and ligaments before pumping hormones in your body
