i was on dust for 3 weeks and waited 21 days before it cleared out to start pct (i was stupid i had no libido post pct and i got fed up and went on cycle hoping it would come back)

i used 2000 iu of hcg for EOD for the last 2 1/2 weeks and stopped a few days before pct. will this help my testes recovery?

Have you checked your prolactin level? After my Tren cycle I experienced anorgasmia. I could orgasm by manual stimulation but I could not orgasm during sex. It was super frustrating. It took about 6 months after PCT for everything to normalize. Be patient and don't start self medicating without blood work.

Yes!!! It will definitely have a negative effect on recovery!

During PCT your muscle is crystalizing, or forming into solid keepable increases, and your test levels are still rather elevated and/or below baseline awaiting natural (natty) levels to be restored. If you masturbate during this critical time without replacing Test via cycling, clinically speaking you can actually masturbate your gains away. Do not, I repeat NOT touch yourself, or ejaculate in any way meaning receiving oral, or through intercourse during PCT, as it is absolutely detrimental to ALL your hard (some pun intended) work.
