I wanted to start my third cycle . and is this :
12 weeks sustanon 250/500xweek + 200 nandrloone phenyl xweek .
In the last two weeks proviron + nolvadex ( 50 + 20 )
And two weeks after the last injection clomid two weeks.
I not use HCG because I felt good and other times not even arimidex.

I train for five years. 190 lbs 5'9"

I read .I think I did everything right . for I have not found the well and testicular volume was not restricted in these 2 rounds . clomid +nolva for pct for 4 weeks . I will use proviron because now I have instead of Arimidex . why so much you recommended AI ? does not act on the hypothalamus and in the cycle is difficult that the gonads do not release testosterone / sperm

You are very confused, suggest you educate yourself.

Aromataze inhibitor is used and recommended because your estrogen conversion will be high if you have high testosterone. Estrogen is not good for you if you are a male...

no serms stimulate lh an ai will just reduce excess test from aromatize creating lower estrogen

HCG is no SERM, it is to be used during cycle.

HCG is the gonadotropins you were talking about before, it is similar to LH.

BTW proviron will not supress or eliminate estrogens.

Sorry, cant understand what you are trying to say.

HCG during cycle will keep the testis active, this is because HCG is a LH analog which will stimulate the testis.

You'll have NO production as you will be Shut down Completely, hence the use of HCG on cycle as it keeps your testes functional, aids in a quicker recovery, prevents testicular atrophy(as your testes are the last to respond - SERMs clomid and nolva will restart your HPTA while on PCT!

ALSO, use an AI - arimidex or aromasin to control your aromatization(test aromatizes into estrogen) and Prolactin... Also though your first line of defense is always controlling E2... You should also have a DA on hand or running it.... So if you weren't going to use an AI how would you stop your E2 from getting elevated? Plus once your E2 is elevated your Prolactin will then follow what your E2 is doing... In short, if no AI you have no control over your estrogen climbing(very unhealthy to have) which then elevates your Prolactin which isn't good nor healthy either... Read up and reconsider until your understanding is much better resulting in much less side effects as well as a much more successful cycle at that...

then I came to a conclusion ... maybe!
sustanon and nandrolone P I leave because I have them already .
1-12 Hcg 250 every 3 days
1-14 proviron 25-50 mg ( this I take it to the next round Arimidex )

Clomid nolvadex pct + 4 weeks

Can I leave? What do you say ? I try to get me in days hcg
