It all depends what they test for in said 'standard test' but I doubt they will test for AAS.

if you are concerned about a drug test for work or in a drug/alcohol treatment scenario, you are good. its a special test and cost more.

unless of course some one tips them off, then they might test for it

Standard drug test is normaly narcotics
