from the last two years i've done four bulking cycles on gear and from that i have gained excess body fat that i need to strip. I have a fast metabolism 'cos basically i can eat what i want and not get fat, but that doesn't apply whan i'm on gear. I always gain a bit at the end of a cycle, anyway, my question is, will cardio first thing AM be enough on it's own without worrying about dieting? Why would i need to diet if i don't even pile on the pounds anyway?
Just to note, i've started my clen/eca stack
