Mexico is quite a corrupt country so it wouldnt suprise me if pharmacies sold fake juice

Not to mention even if it is real you then have to smuggle it back in to the states.

Not the best idea, when I was going to mexico you had to go deep into down away from any tourist area to get real stuff, it takes some research and asking questions

And like everyone else said there is the issue of bringing it back
