What bloodwork would I have to get in order to see if my mk-677 is working?
Does it have to be done at a certain time of the day?

Currently taking 25mgs mk-677 at night.

I would get IGF and HGH levels if possible.
I would do it in am fasted. You should really have baseline numbers to compare too if possible.

Well I got my mk-677 tested.
I didn't get baseline numbers.
I was taking 25mg every night. No days off.
I was advised to do 5 on 2 off but after reading some medical studies where it was run for 6 months straight I decided to run it straight.
I am also on 600mg test C per week.
400mg deca per week
.25mg arimidex per day
250iu of hCG every 3 days

GROWTH HORMONE (GH) 0.3 range < OR = 7.1 ng/mL
Because of a pulsatile secretion pattern, random
(unstimulated) growth hormone (GH) levels are
frequently undetectable in normal children and adults
and are not reliable for diagnosing GH deficiency.
Regarding suppression tests, failure to suppress GH
is diagnostic of acromegaly

IGF I, LC/MS 197 range 52-328 ng/mL
Z SCORE (MALE) 0.7 -2.0 - +2.0 SD

So my hGH was very low but that is inconclusive because you have to get lucky and test during a pulse.
My IGF-1 was in range but slightly above the average in the range. This could of easily been caused by my test C I believe.

I know real mk-677 works.
I think my mk-677 may be bunk.

Yeah I hate to say this but I think your mk is bunk. This is one of my biggest concerns re this compound. Unfortunately my go to's do not yet carry this leaving it a crap shoot to find legit product. Its one of the reasons I haven't used it yet. I was considering pulling the trigger wit one company I thought I might be ok with using but I didn't. I keep holding out hoping my usual peptide source will carry this. In fact I think I may email them and ask if there are any plans to do so in the near future. If not I might start to search the web for people like yourself that tried it and did blood work with positive results. Then of course I have to sort through the fact of them being credible people posting the info or are they just scum bag shills. I hate this exact scenario - it sucks.

well long story short...
I have tried mk-677 from two different vendors.

Baseline: 183 Z SCORE (MALE) 0.6 -2.0 - +2.0 SD
1st vendor: 197 Z SCORE (MALE) 0.7 -2.0 - +2.0 SD
2nd vendor: 188 Z SCORE (MALE) 0.6 -2.0 - +2.0 SD

IGF I, LC/MS range 52-328 ng/mL

Looks like real mk-677 is hard to find. (for me at least)

That's a pain....besides the numbers did you notice anything from it at all...I definitely noticed nail growth and hunger then I would say a little fullness...but I I also had pre and post bloods too...
And definitely water weigh
