Good afternoon, I am a 36 year old male.
6'3 230lbs
I am at 20% BF
I am interested in improving strength and lose some body fat.
Currently, I am on an olympic lifting program and recently spoke to a nutritionist about diet and have that squared away. I'd like to supplement my training and program with some gear. I have the recourses, I just have limited knowledge on what and how much to take.
I will be doing bloodwork this weekend to make sure thats in order.
Any suggestions will help.
