    Diet rearrangement help please

So I've set up a decent macro split, but I've had some problems in the morning. (Note, I'd love to get my protein from whole foods in the mornings, but it's absolutely not possible due to time).

Meal 1 (upon waking about 6am)
1 medium banana, 1/2 protein shake
    245 cal 1f. 26carb. 31 pro

Meal 2 (break at work, 9am)
1 cup of oats, 0 calorie sweetner
    300 cal. 6f. 46c. 10pro

    Meal 3 (1130)
2 boneless skinless thighs, 1 cup rice 1 cup broccoli
    500cal 10f. 45c. 52pro

Meal 4 (another break at work 230pm)
Full protein shake, small oatmeal cream pie (to help stave off cravings)
    450 cal 9.5f. 29c. 61 pro

    I train around 6pm

Meal 5 varies. I try to make this a heavy meal, 750-1000 calories depending on training days

My set, prepped macros for the first 4 meals are:
    1495 cal, 26.5g fat, 146g carb, 154g protein.

I'm trying to cut fat. My tdee is approximately 3200 cal.
6'1" 185lb and probably 15%. I'm on trt and I'm on a small blast at the moment to keep lbm while cutting

Throughout the day, I'm usually great. The only problem i have is between meals 1&2. I typically begin to starve, feeling like I'm going to die if i don't eat between these two. Should i include some slow carbs (oats) in meal 1? Does anything else look out of place?

instead of having carbs first thing, try having more fats and save carbs for your second meal

    I'll give that a try.

Forgot to get bananas at the store, so i had a cup of oats this morning for meal 1. I didn't get the death hunger today.

I'll try adding fats. 0 carbs for meal 1?
