Unfortunately, I seem to be getting diarrhea from every AI that I've been taking. I've taken Arimidex, and Letrozole, so far this cycle.

I'm waiting for my order of Stane to come in, so I can see if that will cause the same issue.


What do you guys do to combat the sides from the estrogen blockers?
Would starting at a very low dose, and slowly going up, help with the gas/diarrhea?
