With creatine and clen your system you'll need a lot of water. You're going to cramp. Take 5g of Taurine everyday to prevent cramps. I'd look at adding BCAA to your post workout drink
6- after one hour, I will eat a meal ( carb, good fats, and protein )

You can increase clen 20mg/ed if you want. Increasing by 20mcg every two days is fine also. Listen to your body. Clen is harsh stuff you'll have to watch how you feel as each person's tolerance is different.
8- with clen dosage, I will drink 2-3g taurin + potassium + b complex
Ah, you already thought of Taurine. How about T4? Are you planning to augment your clen cycle with 100mcg/ed of T4?
