PCT for Test Prop and Anavar

Hello guys. I'm in the last week of my 8 week cycle of Test Prop and Anavar. In Prop, shot 100ml EOD and Anavar 60mg ED. After the 2 first weeks, I started Aromasin 12.5 EOD and every saturday shot 250IU of HCG. And here there is another problem, because I supposed to shot 500IU but I did wrong calculations and now it has remained a lot of the HCG in the bottle.

As for the PCT, I have Nolva and Clomid, but I don't know exactly how to take them and in what doses each day. I have heard this:

PCT 4 weeks
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 100/50/50/25

Is this ok? And as for the HCG, what should I do? And the Aromasin, after my last shot, I stop it?

Aromasin has a short half life and should be taken everyday beginning on day one and finishing when PCT begins.

Hcg should be taken twice a week at a dose of 250IU for a total of 500IU per week.

It's best to begin using hcg on the first day of the cycle and end 3 days before PCT.

There is no need to front load the nolva for two weeks or taper the clomid.

PCT for test p usually begins 3 days after last pin.

clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/20/20/20

You should wait until you're older and your HPTA has finished developing before cycling again.
