What's your thoughts on cross fit?
I see some ppl doing cross fit inspired workouts. Cross fitters are very lean. Joints was my concern. My weakest body part is over head shoulder work.Originally Posted by Iceberg

Thanks. Yes xfitters are very lean. But the shoulders were my issue also. If it wasn't so dam expensive I would do it once a week but the cost is redic. And the whole class (cult) workout gets annoying. I like getting lost at the gym with headphones on and being by myself anymore.
