Speculating in PCT for test and deca

I'm trying to educate myself a little on a PCT for a test and deca cycle, I'ts not a cycle I'm gonna run, it's just speculation and me trying to learn since deca does surpress the natural production of test even months after the cycle is complete..

So let's say I'm running 1g test and 400mg deca, I've heard clomid and nolva together is the way to go, but I also read (on this forum?) that the 2 weeks between the cycle and PCT when you're supposed to let everything clear out and the hormone levels drop, you should pin something light and fast like a smaller dose of test P, before doing the pct..

Your thoughts on this? And what would be the reasoning behind this?

At 20 years you are at your lifes peak of natural testosterone. Taking steroids will shutdown this natural testosterone and it will never resume as high as it was.
Your hormones are still maturing, messing it up might represent a lifetime of hormonal problems.

You need to shift your focus to training and diet to take advantage of your high natural testosterone and forget about steroids till your at least 25.

I am very well aware of this, as stated, this thread was made only to get more knowledge about AAS and different types of cycles.
I understand that you're saying this for my own sake, and I'm not taking it in the wrong way, as I am new to the forum I stated in my introduction thread yesterday that I'm generally interested in the subject of AAS and everything that has to do with it.

This is not something I will be taking (atleast in a couple of years) I am just asking since I wanna gain more knowledge on this type of cycle, and how to handle deca, and any other knowledge I can gain from this.
