    Hey guys Im 5'11 170lbs i think im at about 10% bf what do you think

    I just started a cycle of transdermal 1-T and 4ad so we'll see what that does if anything.

    It's REALLY hard to tell BF from a picture.

    When I wake up in the morning, I look about 6%.

    By 2PM, 5 meals and a gallon of water later, I look about 12.
