Having trouble loosing that last 5-8% BF

I am 210 lbs at about 18% BF measured via 3 and 9 site pinch calipers and backed with a zapper gizmo. I usually get to the gym three times a week and run one to two times a week.

I decided to really lean out for a cruise coming up and was following this plan

Spam bot killed link ( I promise its to help understand the thread. diet plan i was using)

Apparently it was BS and all I did was lost 10 lbs in three months a ton of strength and im still at 18% BF

I have gone back to eating "normally" lean meats rice and vegies. but not really measuring stuff out anymore and Im slowly getting my strength back but the 18% still doesn't budge...

How much strength is sacrificed in a leaning situation? Should I keep pushing for loss? I want to start my first cycle next winter and would like to at least be sub 15% by then.

    Help me fix this! Lol

Every chance you will get weaker on a cut, particularly if you try and cut fast because you will lose muscle too. A nice steady cut is highly recommended.

Can you post a pic to see what we are dealing with?

I would suggest a starting point of

    Protein 240g
    Fats 60g
    250g carbs

See how that works for 10-14 days then we can adjust from there.

Ok so I've slipped a bit with the summer but getting back into it. The 240 grams of protein seemed really high per most recommendations. Why is it more than double what others have told me for athletic?

Btw. I have found it difficult to eat that much.... But managing
