Deca 200 mg, 1-8 weeks
Proviron 25 mg on weeks 3,5,7

I'am 5,9 and 75kg. My fat % is around 12%.
My very 1st course I took when was very skinny and light. I had been going to the gym for 2 years consistently for 3-6 days. I put on 3 stone in 6 weeks during the course and kept around 2st after it was over.
I could not put any weight on to save myself untill I got my 1st course. I would drink 10 raw eggs a day, 2-4 litres of milk, huge calorie shakes, meals etc. Never put on any weight or significant mass.
I'm back at the gym and my size has been coming back very fast and I feel and look so much better again. I ain't looking to get huge but is this a good solid cycle that'll give me good muscle & weight gains? Anything else worth adding in to help me keep the gains?
