Var 10 Dosage

I'm new to Var 10 and still unsure of how many MG is in 1 capsule. On the bottle it states that the recommended dosage is to take 1 capsule 3x a day. How mug MG does that total out to be?

Its a supplement not actual anavar. So just follow the directions.
