Just wanted to drop in and say G'day. Just a few quick stats about me,
Age: 28
Height: 170cms (5'7)
Weight: 78kgs (171 lbs)
Bench: 1rm 110kg
Squat: 1rm 120kg full ROM
Deadlift: 1rm 160kg
Trying to hit the 1,000lbs mark.
I've been trying full time again for about 18 months and before some very serious injuries (non gym related) about 6 years. I'm looking at the possibility of doing a cycle, just going to do my research and have a bit of a chat with people over the next 6 months and then I'll decide.
