After further research I think I'm just going to go the HCG+TRT route and add in FSH (Gonal-F, Repronex, Follistim, Menopur). This study has given me some hope in still becoming fertile
Concomitant intramuscular human chorionic gonadotropin preserves spermatogenesis in men undergoing testosterone replacement therapy. - PubMed - NCBI , I understand that it says "preserves" fertility from HCG use during TRT, but if I can get on some FSH and get spermatogenesis going good and then continue on HCG+TRT I should be able to become fertile and stay there.
I have 5 vials of HCG 2000 IU sitting in my drawer and just took one vial to get my testosterone back up to something reasonable because I absolutely hate the way I look after these 2+ months of being off. This is the worst shape I've ever been in ever since being a chunky kid from 3rd grade to freshman year of high school. Fat gain is ridiculously easy, like I've never experienced before and combined with the flattest muscles I've had, it looks terrible and I'm not a very vain man but there is a point where you just look at yourself and say, this needs to stop!
If you don't mind me asking since you are a HRT specialist, what are HCG doses and frequency when using HCG on TRT? Also is there any way to get a script for all this stuff without actually going to an anti-aging clinic, what would you recommend in that area?
