Hey everyone, I posted this in the women's forum but want to get more opinions overall.
Background: My avi is me 5 weeks out from a show, when I was natural, and I have only been training for 1 year when that photo was taken. I weighed maybe 140ish in that photo. I have now been training for 2 years and I sit at 165 currently at 5'6 with about 23% BF.
I am a competitor and have been trying to do research and trying to figure out if and what exactly I need to do for an off season.
Seeing I have only done one cycle in a cut... I need some advice.
From reading through the forum and online, a lot of agents for women seems to be more useful in a cut then a bulk. I do lean bulk, with a cheat on the weekend. My diet and cardio are now sound.
I was thinking of doing another cycle of anavar or primo but not sure if just the fact I am eating more will be enough and what I need and when I need it. I never really had a solid off season yet either but in the past, before I competed, I have responded generally well to just a diet with lots of calories overall in growth... genetics are real my friends, but when I cut down, I lack muscle definition.
I am looking only to do orals if I need it and wondering what everyone is thinking about what a good cycle is off season for a women. Also how much time do you run them and in between, etc etc.
