    First BULK cycle for a women

    Hey everyone, I posted this in the women's forum but want to get more opinions overall.

    Background: My avi is me 5 weeks out from a show, when I was natural, and I have only been training for 1 year when that photo was taken. I weighed maybe 140ish in that photo. I have now been training for 2 years and I sit at 165 currently at 5'6 with about 23% BF.

    I am a competitor and have been trying to do research and trying to figure out if and what exactly I need to do for an off season.

    Seeing I have only done one cycle in a cut... I need some advice.

    From reading through the forum and online, a lot of agents for women seems to be more useful in a cut then a bulk. I do lean bulk, with a cheat on the weekend. My diet and cardio are now sound.

    I was thinking of doing another cycle of anavar or primo but not sure if just the fact I am eating more will be enough and what I need and when I need it. I never really had a solid off season yet either but in the past, before I competed, I have responded generally well to just a diet with lots of calories overall in growth... genetics are real my friends, but when I cut down, I lack muscle definition.

    I am looking only to do orals if I need it and wondering what everyone is thinking about what a good cycle is off season for a women. Also how much time do you run them and in between, etc etc.

    I primo! I responded much better to it the. Var. I was married with a long recycle and only made it to 10 weeks of 12 planned. Besides were starting to show more than I like so I quit early. My next cycle is mast. However I will be cutting.

    Yeah I am hoping. To be honest, I don't track my strength gains a lot. But I felt the pump with the var a lot. I did 8 weeks which by week 6-7, I started getting a lot of acne and just wanted to get off. I was happy to finish at week 8. When you used primo, how long did you think was long enough for a cycle? Also what is a good base dosing? And do you need to split it in the day.

    The only other thing I'm wondering is about my anavar. I had to take it out of the originally packaging because I was flying internationally with it and had to store it with my vitamins, and didn't want a package reading "STEROIDS" lol. Will the effect anything if exposed to the air/light etc? Wondering if I should use it up just because of this.

    If budget allows maybe 1-2 iu gh daily with your prema and anavar , have seen some fantastic results on women's figure competitors doing this stack on and off season
