Hey everyone , i've been lurking for months on this forum . I wanted to introduce myself and say whats up. I'm 5'9 about 15-16% body fat , i've been lifting for years now. I'm currently focusing on increasing my main lifts, my diet is on point and ive also tracked my calories for years , i'm planning on getting lean to about 10%-12% bodyfat before ill be ready to start cycling, as a leaner more insulin sensitive body is a more anabolic body. In the mean time , i'm going to be reading and learning about the proper way to do everything for my safety , and learn from everyone else's experiences with anabolics in general.
