I was mostly on HRT, steady for 3 years. Did maybe 3 small cycles during this time and tried most of the popular compounds. Made some decent gains but couldn't dial in my diet so good. Not a details person but I'm planning things better this time round. In the 8 months I lost 90% of my gains mostly because I had no drive or motivation to train hard. I was weaker off gear and quickly became fatter as well. It has been hard on my mental health. I lost 100 % of libido and very seldom desire sex. I have most of the symptoms of low T that got me involved and using HRT to start with. Had my test score done, its 9.1. Didn't get the other numbers yet. See my MD this week. The urologist I saw denied me HRT, say it will suppress my natural production. But my natural level's are low. Even if Im in the low normal its sucks. If my family Doc says no to HRT I'll self medicate. Grab my life back. I was happier on gear, by far. I learned so much in 3 years. Im an older man of 55, healthy for the most part. Please comment as you see fit, but I am looking for one suggestion....Im going to do a small cycle of test/deca at some point in the next 8 weeks. Should I do it right away or do HRT for abit, dip my toe back in the water, train hard and go for it down the road? Does it matter really? Hey, good to be back. Very honest and helpful people on this site. Thanks,
Torey
