Bloodwork from 3+ years Blasting and Cruising and 2 months cold turkey Need Advice

Hey guys, I'm 5' 9 230lbs around 10% bf, yes, I was stupid and reckless when I was younger in hope to be the biggest and strongest I could be and blasted all kinds of gear for weeks/months at time. (like grams of test a week, half a a spoon dbol/anadrol powder ed, 300mg+ tren ed, etc) not all all these doses at the same time of course.

It's been about 2 months and a week since I last did a 500mg test e shot.

This is my bloodwork about 1 month after a 500mg test e shot only using 2.5mg letrozole once a week.



Now this is my most recent blood work 8 weeks off with high estro symptons and 2 weeks off letrozole(gained like 4/5 pounds water retention in love handles, belly and all over my body, acne, libido was back) I have aromasin and I don't if I should use it since It says my estrogen is in range.


I want to stay off gear and recover but I would just like some advice, I don't know If It's worth it just continue staying off gear to recover? or I should just go back on?

First of all stay off letro, aromasin or any AI. You already have low e2, its not getting higher. High and low estrogen can have similar symptoms.

You are hypogonadal due to steroid use, you should attempt a restart if your HPT axis so you can resume your own testosterone production, how to do this?

1000ui HCG eod, for 10 days (total 5 shots)
Start Clomid and Nolva protocol 2 days after the HCG
Clomid - 75/50/50/50 (4 weeks)
Nolva - 40/20/20/20/20/20 (6 weeks)

2 months after this protocol do some bloodwork to see it was successful.
