You should realy be thinking do you want to take AS for someone else or for your self .Do your resarch first and i would recomend you train hard and natural a lot longer first.
I agree with the post above do some research, and make sure this is what YOU want to do for yourself. The biggest difference in cycling Precontest/Offseason is the diet of course.....High cal for bulking and low calorie for cutting...
