    42 y/o looking for tips for helping with powerlifting

    Started fitness late in life, 42 years old, and starting year 3 of powerlifting training. I have yet to do a competition, but trying to work to that point. Just here for tips.......

    if your goal is to compete my advise is to do one. That's it. Sign up and see how you do. The experience will help you be more comfortable for the next one. Don't think you have to be great to try. Good luck.
