Hey guy i"m new here. I've been lifting for a year now, but i'd like to take some steroids to fasten the process, yes i know it's bad and unhealthy, but that's not the question here.
I'm 24y old, 185cm and weigh 93kg.
I've been trying to find some good cycles for cutting down while gaining a bit dry muscle mass. However every site suggests something else, so i came here as my last resort.
Here are some of suggestions i found:
Clenbuterol
day 1-3 50mcg/d
day 4-6 75mcg/d
day 7-10 100 mcg/d
day 11-14 125 mcg/d
day 15-28 nothing
day 29 repeat
Says no PCT needed with clen only
Second option:
Wk 1-6: Anavar 50 mg/day
Wk 1-6: Winstrol 40 mg/day
Wk 7-10: Nolvadex 20 mg/day
Is this a good first time cycle? What else would you suggest? I was leaning towards tren but i heard its too heavy stuff, especially for beginners. I can't find a solid guideline anywhere, since everyone suggest different stacks and portions. I am confused and would love some help from people.
