    What can i expect from just taking test?

    is it worth it? will i loose all my gains when i stop? im currently 6' 165lbs.

    Hello, and welcome to the forums. If you're 6 foot, 165 pounds then what you really need is a proper diet and weightlifting routine. Get on the diet section, and look at the bulking thread near the top. You should only take steroids once you've had years of training and dieting under your belt. How old are you? A test cycle at your weight (with proper diet) could get you to 190 in 8-10 weeks, but you could get there naturally and KEEP all of your gains in a year.

    Also, how old are you?

    We need a lot more information.

    without the proper training and diet dialed in, the 190 you get to in 8-10 weeks will not stick around long and you may end up smaller then when you started while your natural test is getting back up and running. I would highly recommend visiting the diet and training sections and post what you are doing now and let them get you moving in the right direction.

    Like others have said, youlll lose most gains. Practice getting your diet dialed in so when you are ready, you can maintain a caloric intake higher then normal. This will help you keep some gains.

    I understand the eagerness to start a cycle. Life,work,family etc etc. But it's always better to see what you can do naturally .
    You'll be surprised at what the body is capable of. Of course you wont't be like the dude in the previous post, but you can still have some good results.
    1.Diet
    2.Healthy habits(diet can be in this)
    3.Sleep
    4. Good routine,switching it up now and then to keep the body growing.
    I myself am at 155lbs being 5'7. I have a long to way to go before I want to cycle anything. But of course,to each his own.

    Plus the sudden shock of the weights increasing with test will wreak havoc on joints. Been there done that many many years ago.

    The sad thing to say is you can't just one day decide I want too get big.So you start lifting for a few months and you buy some juice and BAM! you are a beast.Sorry guy it dont work that way.No matter wat you choose to do in life you have to pay your dues.
