So I thought the test had kicked in a few weeks ago when I noticed that I was feeling a little more full and stronger. I hit some a bench PR by 25 lbs last week, and workouts generally are getting easier if not progressed enough.
However over the last few days, my legs have turned rock solid and it feels like they are pumped all day. I woke up one night and honestly thought something was wrong with my leg until I realized they were both super solid/hard/pumped. I have some "runners" shorts (mid thigh) that I bought years ago and hated how they looked when my quads were much smaller. Threw them on today to train legs and they are snug AF and legs are filling out nicely.
Basically, this shit is awesome.
