Ok I have been on winny for 3 weeks with 400mg test C and Hcg. I have been on a ketogenic diet for 4 weeks and doing an hour oh cardio a day. What in the hell is with no weight loss damnit? I know that I am in ketosis because I test daily.
Here is my diet 3 shakes at 60-70 grams of protein per shake. I then eat 3 eggs and 2 pieces of turkey bacon for breakfast. I eat 6-8 oz chicken for lunch and 6 oz tuna for dinner or a turkey salad. That should be under 2000 calories.
