Why does steroids make your penis shrink?

Why does anabolic steroids make your penis shrink? Shouldn't make it bigger? I remember taking DHEA before and other pro hormones and it always made my penis bigger and my balls were bigger too. My libido also went up. If anabolic steroids such as testosterone cypionate is being used for TRT why would it make your penis shrink and your balls shrink? It doesn't make sense to me. I think anabolic steroids will make your penis bigger. I think its when people start taking huge amounts of steroids that negative side effects start to happen. Maybe too much anabolic steroids leads to penis shrinking and balls shrinking? It just doesn't make sense to me that your penis will shrink if you were given testosterone. I think its when you stop taking the anabolic steroids that your penis shrinks, your balls shrinks, and glyco and other negative side effects start to happen that's why you pct. Unless too much steroids is being used. Adderall is used for ADHD and if a person with ADHD stops taking adderall, it makes their symptoms worse. It goes back to normal over time, but it takes time. It seems to make sense to me that anabolic steroids is the same way. If the right dose of anabolic steroids is given then it will make a persons penis bigger, but once the person stops taking anabolic steroids their penis becomes smaller (shut down) or maybe goes back to normal. This was always the case to me with DHEA and other Pro hormones. My penis only shrank after I stopped taking the supplement. It makes no sense that anabolic steroids don't work the same way. Otherwise it wouldn't even be used for TRT if it makes your dick shrink while your on it. I think what happens is that people start taking huge amounts of the steroids and causes your body to start malfunctioning to the point where your penis starts to shrink and shut down. Maybe your body is rejecting any more steroids from coming into your body that's why it shrinks while your on it, but other than that if the right dose is given then it makes no sense to me that something like testosterone cypionate would make a person's dick shrink while your on it. It only shrinks when you stop taking it that's what the PCTs are for.

Balls shrink without hcg yes.

But your penis remains the same, or, if used before puberty is over (really not recommended for a host of other reasons), it makes your penis larger.

Whether steroids make your penis larger as an adult, maybe it does alongside growth hormone. At least it might seem like it does, because you might walk around with more blood in it at rest. But it would return to normal once off again, and as such not really be bigger.

So penis size as an adult is pretty fixed.

Testicles are another matter.

My advice;
Stop obsessing over your penis.

the average vagina is about 8cm anyway,
(Yeah they can stretch a great deal I know)
But if you're a bit on the small side just be better at finding the clit and pumping the G spot and I don't think anybody's going to complain.

Testosterone will stimulate secondary sex characteristics, but not really influence primary.

Ok, I see a lot of people are browsing this thread, so I'll fill in some details why someone might think their penis get bigger on AAS.

Have you ever heard the two terms:
Grower and shower?

When the ladies see a man, that has a small dick when soft, but it grows a lot, so you actually end up with a decent size then you're a grower.
A shower is a man who walks around with his dick near full potential all the time.
Now why does he do this? Is it because he's always horny?
Nope, it's because of how the CNS affects his penis.

Some people will have more alpha2 adrenergic receptors in their penis and it will thus be more sensitive to circulating adrenaline, and be smaller.

It seems to me than when using test, many get another CNS response,
and their penis is nearer it's full potential all the time.

As a man, there's virtually nothing you can do with your size except surgery,

At opposite, the balls tend to shrink after a few weeks if you don't assume HCG.
