I'm on test e 600mg and adroll 75mg cycle. Already dropped drol.
Meal 1: 6am 10 egg whites, 80gr oatmeal, I plain beagle
Meal 2: 9am 7oz chicken beast 1 grapefruit
Meal 3: 11:30am ground chicken mixed with brown rice, 8oz sweet potatoes
Meal 4: 2pm 7oz chicken breast
Meal 5: 4pm 7oz salmon or tilapia, 8 oz brown rice
Meal 6: PWO 2 scoops whey, 1 plain beagle
Meal 7: 8:30 pm 8oz steak
Meal 8: 10pm 6 oz fish or cottage cheese.
I know I didn't include macros but I think I'm overkilling with protein.
I plateaued after I gained roughly 20 lbs
How can I tweak my diet to keep growing. Still have month left till end of cycle
