How to dilute oil

I want to dilute a 10ml vial of Testosterone Propionate 100mg/ml.

If I transfer it to a bigger vial and add bacteriostatic water, I think the oil will float on top of the water.

Any idea how I can pull this off? Can I take household cooking oil (e.g. olive, sunflower) and sterilise it?

yes you are correct, you cant dilute oil with water,
do you know what kind of oil your prop is in?
there are people here way more knowlegable than me,
but if you can get the same oil 100% pure, that might
be your best bet.

The oil must be sterile. Ask your source if he will send you a vial of sterile oil only. Tell them you need to cut your injections with sterile oil. Most will just send it to you. Do not use cooking oil its not sterile.

Go get some grape seed oil, a sterile vial (minimum 20ml), alcohol swabs, .22um syringe filter, and a couple of syringes. 1) swab off both the Test and sterile vial. 2) Take the needle off the second syringe and poke it into the sterile vial for pressure relief. 3) Draw the Test into the syringe and inject it into the sterile vial (repeat the process until all the Test is in the sterile vial). 4) Draw the grape seed oil into the syringe (take the needle off, it'll be faster). 5) Put the syringe filter on the syringe with the Test and inject it into the sterile vial (repeat until 10ml of grape seed oil is in the sterile vial). Done. If you warm up the grape seed oil, it will flow easier through the syringe filter. It takes a lot of pressure to filter oil through a .22um syringe filter. Be patient, if you put too much pressure it'll blow the filtering element.
