so long story short. I am 23 almost 24.. did a stupid long 6 month cycle about 8 months ago but my libido its still ****ed up. (constant 750mg-1g test weekly, and varying every 6 weeks deca, tren, primo etc.

Cant change what I did and don't really care to think in that.

at the moment I am trying just to recover my libido may be with pct or exo test or whatever the adequate rout might me.

I am on 2 week of nolva 20mg & clomid 50mg

and have this labs from yesterday

still waiting for total test to come out next week, and haven't done estradiol, sghb, free test
because endo bitched a lot and didn't send them

is my LH so high because of clomid? how about the value of my FSH?
prolactin seems normal

Your E2 could have raised along with prolactin levels causing libido issues.
Did you run an AI on that big cycle or not? Did you get any bloods done on the cycle?

never run an AI on cycle. just 50mg proviron at night. I followed the advice of some local pro I mistaked
prolactin in this test done about 3 days ago seems perfectly in range
never got bloods while on cycle.
I don't even remember if my balls where this size precycle or not.

I am waiting for tomorrow to go to another doctor to send me the bloods left. free test, shgb, estradiol

But I do believe been having high estro while on the 50mgs clomid y nolva. Yesterday my face was red as fak. took 1 mg and today I am normal.

No progestin was taken(no 19nors) - so unless his prolactin was elevated prior to his test cycle it wasn't his prolactin - he wasn't taking an AI(proviron is a synthetic DHT which is not an AI) the first thing one should always be doing is controlling their E2 which can only be done with an AI(your E2 was more than likely very elevated) dice you get your E2 sensitive essay done(not standard estrodial)??

I did two tests after that long cycle one sitting at 280ng/dl total test and the second at 460 if i remember correctly. Both after pct.

Now 8 months later I started a pct again in hope I regain my libido. I didnt do test examns this time, i just started.. And 1.5 weeks into pct did bloods. And total test serum came back at 995ng/dl still having libido and ed problems.

I really dont know what route to take. Havent been with my girlfriend because scared it wont work. None the less i sometimes can get a good hrd on watching prn and with manual stimulation, but not like before that I was ready any time any where.

My question is.. My lh and fsh are working. My total test came back at almost 1000ng/dl. Even if the test is higher at the moment just because of the serms.. With a 1000ng/dl I shouldnt have libido and ed at least while on the serms isnt it? So what can I do..

How about if I jump on proviron and run some dhea for now? Will a dose of 50mg proviron daily shut down my hpta?

I would obv wont like trt. But if that is the case I would become the most shredded biggest baldest mofo in town blasting and cruising. I just want to regain my libido back.

If ur lh was normal and ur t is low i think its because ur testes are desensitized since u were shut down for that long without hcg

First, There are many many people out there that do 6-month cycles. There are plenty of people that do no cycles. I did no cycles and resulted Primary Hypogonadal. If it is in the cards it is in the cards. That being said don't point at anything that you think might have messed you up,

From my side I don't see a huge problem. Your Test is more than ok. You do not have a lab from before you started so you do not know if your LH and FSH was that way to start with. So the good is your testicales work. The great is they are working great producing high out of band test level. You have sensitivity issues. This is something that is a complex troubleshoot. My sensitivity issue was somewhat fixed by Cialis. I do not use HCG so I also have a quantity issue when ejackulating. That is my next step to work on. A Power PCT is not going to fix the sensitivity issue. It might fix your lab readings but you really need to go get more bloodwork.

If the amount of time is correct he said he has been off cycle he is not shut down. His LH is out of scale high and we do not know if it was that way before cycle. His test reading looks good so far. The devil is in the details which his lab does not show.
