As the title says, I'm new to the whole 'gear' lifestyle.
A little about me.
Age : 46
Height : 5'11"
Weight : 215
Fat % : 23
Not very impressive stats i know.
Used to be heavily into bodybuilding from 18-25yrs old.
Gave it up totally until a couple years ago.
Got back into the gym in 2014 (44yrs old)
Had some great results but it's slow going at this age.
Basically here to educate myself on the basics of what type of gear would be suited to me.
