You take 300 mg 5htp daily and 3000 mg l-tyrosine daily. (need an antiprolactin i.e. caber as well obviously)

GABA helps too. Melatonin as well.

A lot of the bad tren mental sides people bitch about including myself are because of high prolactin and especially low serotonin.

Dopamine agnostics actually make tren sides worst for me. I also find tren ace to produce fewer sides. i belive its because the blood plasma levels are more stable when administered eod as opposed to tren e at twice a week.

I just take small doses of Tren along with cabergoline. Tren's awesome stuff but I definitely give it my respect.
