I had my cuff and long bicep tendon repaired Nov/ 2016. I'd say it's about 75% today. I've not lifted heavy since May of 2016. Unsure if I ever will again. As you likely learned, the key to cuff recovery is to be uber diligent in PT and to be totally committed to the prescribed exercises. I had fabulous results using HGH after neck surgery but had no access to it after this cuff surgery. I next have to do the opposite shoulder. I'm doing my best to work through the injury, while maintaining something of a physique (?) . I think I will lose the battle and ultimately cave to surgery. I cant imagine a surgery worse than cuff surgery and I've had many surgeries. I wish you a full recovery and hope you post a follow up if you find the time.
