Dim 100mg at any one time max, twice to three times a day is what I found as the upper end. but how much zinc daily and does it need to be split in to taking multiple times a day?
I would start sinc at 50mg daily. But I would also put emphasis on something Kelkel said. Use DIM/Zinc to help with very minor issues.

agreed based on bloodwork. My question is, if there is only a minor issue, is there a downside to taking DIM and Zinc that needs to be monitored? Is there an adverse effect on bloodwork/hormones that I need to discuss with my doc about by taking Dim and Zinc?
It's always a good idea to let your doc know about OTC stuff you're taking and the quantities. I don't see any issues here.

I would love to see someone do a trial on DIM with bloodwork.
