I don't like the idea of using deca to help with recovery. First, you won't want to do deca alone. Second, you won't be able to focus enough on the lifting etc to really get all you can out of the AS. It's not a magic elixir that will heal all and make you magically bigger - it has risks, and if you're not 100% and able to add 110% effort to your cycle, then the risks won't outweigh the benefits, IMHO...
